Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use AddyAlly's Free Check-up, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, zoom, or voice control.
What we work to
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for this site, the report emails and the one-page PDF summary. We don't claim every part meets it: if something gets in your way, please tell us.
How we test
Before each change goes live, automated checks run on every screen and on a sample report email, and automated keyboard tests press Tab through every screen to make sure each link, button and field can be reached in order and shows a visible outline. We also test by hand with VoiceOver on an iPhone and a Mac.
Automated checks find only some kinds of problems, which is why we also test by hand and welcome reports.
What we know isn't right yet
We're still checking the one-page PDF summary with a dedicated PDF accessibility checker. Everything in the PDF is also on the results page, and we can send it in another format on request.
How to get help
Email hello@addyally.com, or reply to any email we've sent you. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll reply within 2 business days, with the information you were trying to get in a way that works for you.
